Staying in shape shouldn't be a punishment. It is an incredible and powerful lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe it is possible to find the pleasurable side of fitness life. Some muscles may be sore during the process, but the benefits of good shape outweigh any discomfort. I developed my training regime working with several people and I always love to adapt my program to new clients.
